Meet Michael L. Randle

Michael L. Randle is the organizing director of McRand Ministries and Faith Builders Inc. He served two churches as pastor for nearly 14 years and served his home church for 10 years as assistant to the pastor and director of Christian Education. He is the organizing chairman for the African American Clergy Council of Northern Nevada, serving the needs of 22 churches from the Reno and Sparks communities. He also served as First Vice President to the Nevada-California Interstate Baptist Convention and Moderator for the Progressive District Baptist Association.
He is a contributing writer for many Christian newspapers and magazines. He is also a contributing writer for one of Black America’s most premier sermon magazines, the African American Pulpit. He has contributed sermons on sermoncentral.com and classicsermonindex.com.
He has authored Sunday school lessons, Bible Study Journals, Devotionals, Prayer Journals, and Bible Study texts. He is the author of Developing a Winning Faith, Focus Forward, Pathway to the Cross, Full Disclosure, and The Grace Experience, and several others. He is stepping into the arena of relationship coaching for divorcees and single people.; basing his principles off his new book, “Rethinking Intimacy: Exploring Closeness in Relationships.”
Michael is a conference speaker and organizer. He has worked with some of our countries most dynamic preaching and teaching conferences as a regional director, logistics planner, instructor, and support team member. He has served as team leader and coordinator for Christian Education conferences, VBS Teams, and State and District Congress’ of Christian Education.
Michael loves basketball and enjoys walks along mountain paths and trails. He is a lover of music and reading is his favorite pastime.
